Welcome to Pharma Health's website. Only two products (Lyprinol and CardioMax) are available to NZ purchasers while all products featured here are available to purchasers from around the world.

We want you to understand fully how purchasing works on this website so we have prepared the following terms and conditions so that we both understand what to expect from each other. Your use of this site and making purchases implies your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICE

This site is owned and operated by Pharma Health NZ Limited. All information contained within this website, unless otherwise specified, including the site design, photographs, graphics, text, logos, icons, is the property of either Pharma Health NZ Limited or one of its suppliers and is thus protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.

You may only use the information on this site for personal shopping and information gathering. Any other use of this content, including but not limited to, the modification, distribution, republication, bulletin boards, display, or any other purpose is strictly prohibited. Freight and Dispatch

Freight charges are added at checkout to your account. It is calculated on where you are in the world (your area zone) and the weight of the items selected. You have two choices for freight: insured airmail or signed courier.

All orders will be dispatched within 4 working days unless otherwise notified. All orders are subject to availability of stock and you will be notified immediately if we are temporarily out of stock. Should this happen you can choose to receive a full refund or wait for new stock.

Pharma Health will dispatch goods in good faith and is not liable for difficulties in goods being received by the customer. These difficulties may include the following but are not limited to: incorrect address details being supplied, nobody available to sign for and receive the goods, strikes, accidents, political unrest etc leading to delays or other problems in delivery of the goods. All customers choosing the courier option for delivery outside of NZ are covered by insurance should their go missing in transit. Any cost arising from goods being returned to Pharma Health that is the responsibility of the customer will be deducted from the refundable total.

Customs Duty and Sales Tax

The various import laws affecting shipments to destinations outside NEW ZEALAND are subject to continual change. As a result, your order could be detained or seized by your local Customs office. Therefore, please be advised that this order will be shipped to you at your own risk.

If your order is seized by Customs for whatever reason, we will not be able to refund you for your purchase. Provided that Customs returns the shipment to us intact, we will credit the cost of the product, but shipping charges will not be refunded. Moreover, it will be necessary to bill your credit card for the additional cost of the return shipment.

Shipments to some remote addresses can incur additional shipping charges of up to NZ $30.00 at a later date due to rural delivery location. If your order is likely to incur this additional charge we will contact you

Breakages

We stand by all our products so if for any reason the product you receive has been damaged by the shipping process, please contact us within 14 days and we will replace the item or refund your money on receipt of the damaged item.

Any gift or free product on this site, is provided for promotional purposes only and its/their use is totally at the users risk. Pharma Health NZ Ltd is not thereby liable for any damages, injury or other cost arising from its use or misuse.

GST

Goods and Services Tax (GST) charges (15%) will be invoiced to NZ customers: the listed NZ prices include GST.

YOUR PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS

Payment services involved in this website (eg PayPal) may require you to open an account. You must complete the registration process by providing current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.

You should immediately inform your payment service provider of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Pharma Health does not have access to your credit any card details or other payment details and so will not be liable should any customer experience any financial loss through credit card misuse. Moreover Pharma Health will not be liable for any loss that may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.

PAYMENT

We accept payment through PayPal.

RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply send us email at info@phealth.co.nz informing us of when the goods were dispatched and your purchase order number.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Pharma Health reserves the right at anytime after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Pharma Health reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order

CHANGES IN ORDERS

We cannot change orders once they have been dispatched, although if notified by the customer of an order error we will do our best to correct the order.

ERRORS OF INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE

Pharma Health NZ Limited does its utmost to present the most updated information and pricing of the products on this site. We are not liable for any typographical errors, sudden price changes or any other change or increase in product prices whatsoever. Pharma Health NZ Limited shall not be held liable for any error or changes in packaging, description, label or illustration of any product advertised within the site.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a data entry (typographical error), Pharma Health shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product/s listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Pharma Health shall within 14 days issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

RESERVED RIGHTS

Pharma Health reserves the right to alter without notice, our websites products, material, policies and conditions that govern the use of our website at any time. We encourage you to review the sites terms and conditions regularly for any updates or changes. By continuing to access or use our website shall be deemed your acceptance of any changes.

USAGE

All products sold or supplied from this site are manufactured either under Pharmaceutical GMP or GMP and have established safety standards. Use and consumption of these products is at the purchasers risk. Any issues relating to safety, usage and incidents are governed by NZ laws and any resulting claims can only be dealt with a court in Auckland, New Zealand.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement, its terms and conditions, the use of this site and products sold/supplied shall be governed by all relevant NZ laws. You agree any claim relating to this site, service and products can only be dealt with in a court in Auckland, New Zealand.

All products sold or supplied on this site are made either GMP or Pharmaceutical GMP and have established safety profles. Any issues relating to safety, usage and incidents are governed by NZ laws and any resulting claims can only be dealt with a court in Auckland, New Zealand.

Pharma Health NZ Limited business practices comply with New Zealand's Security and Privacy laws and regulations.
