Sleep by Remifemin®

Sleep can be used by both men and women. The Sleep tablet contains the combined "actives" of three different herbs long associated (in traditional remedies) with providing a calming influence and assisting with normal, healthy and restful sleep.

Sleep is well known throughout Europe for its calm and restfulness promoting properties.

Sleep is made under Pharmaceutical GMP by the internationally renowned German company, Schaper and Brummer. Sleep's ability to assist with normal and healthy sleep as well as daytime calm and restfulness, has been demonstrated in a number of published clinical studies.

Sleep can be used by both men and women. As a good healthcare practice we recommend that Sleep should not be used during breastfeeding or pregnancy. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

It can be taken during the day to support a calm mood or at night to assist with restful and normal sleep.

Dosage

The packet contains 30 tablets. Take 2 Sleep tablets half an hour to an hour before going to bed. In extreme cases of restfulness take 2 tablets, 2 to 3 times per day

How long can I take Sleep?

There is no limit to how long you can take Sleep but you should not exceed the maximum recommended daily dosage. We recommend that if you continue to experience difficulties sleeping then you should speak with your healthcare professional.

Side Effects

In rare cases some users report gastro-intestinal complaints. In very rare cases (less than one per 10,000 users), a skin reaction has been reported. If you experience either of these or any other unusual reaction cease the use of Sleep and inform your healthcare professional.

There are no known contra-indications with other medicines. However as a good health practice we recommend you inform your healthcare professional you are taking Sleep and take an hour apart from other medication.

Ingredients

• 75 mg dry extract of Valeriana officinalis in a drug to extract ratio as 5-6:1, the extractant is ethanol 70% (V/V)
• 23 mg dry extract of Humulus lupulus in a drug to extract ratio as 4-8:1, the extractant is methanol 40% (V/V)
• 45 mg dry extract of Melissa officinalis in a drug to extract ratio as 4-6:1, the extractant is water.

Contains sugars, binding incipients and coating ingredients.
